Our Staff
 Lambton Centre's staff is dedicated to providing the best camping experience possible for your child. All staff are thoroughly screened before being hired. Every staff person then receives 10 days of training prior to the start of our summer camp programs. This allows them to share their creativity and enthusiasm with the campers in a safe, nurturing atmosphere. Two counsellors lead each cabin group of eight campers. Our support staff provide leadership in the program areas. Our first aid station comes equipped with a qualified first-aider, and all of our staff have first-aid training. Nutritious, well-balanced meals are prepared daily by our kitchen crew.
Director
 It is with great pleasure that the Board of Directors announces the hiring of our new Administrative Director at Lambton Centre. Dave Exley joined the Centre in January with his wife Betsy and their two young children. Dave has been working in youth ministry for the past ten years and comes to us from a position as Director of Youth Ministries for a 3,500 member Presbyterian Church outside Philadelphia. He is originally from Southwestern Ontario and spent four years working for the United Church as a Staff Associate and Camp Director in Kent Presbytery at Kenesserie Camp, near Ridgetown.
